Your contribution up to $2,900 per individual or $5,800 per couple will be designated for the primary election. The next $2,900/$5,800 will be designated for the general election. Political contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for the purposes of federal income tax. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. It is illegal for any person to reimburse another for making a contribution to a political campaign.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
